Control is in your hands

A111 provides users with several tools to control their gaming experience. These are easy to use and can be activated anytime.

Deposit limit setting

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once this limit is active, deposits beyond the set amount will no longer be possible. This is a simple and effective way to protect your budget. Once set, limits may take up to 24 hours to become effective.

Session time limit

Set a maximum time for each gaming session. When the set time ends, the platform will automatically suggest a break. Often we don’t realize how long we’ve been playing — this feature solves that problem. Tracking time also supports mental well-being.

Self-exclusion and cooldown

If you feel a break is needed, you can temporarily close your account for a set day(s). This is called a cooldown period. Breaks can last from 1 day up to 6 weeks. During this time, no promotional messages will be sent.

Self-exclusion

If you feel a long-term break is needed, choose the self-exclusion option. This allows your account to be completely closed for a specified period. The account cannot be reopened before the self-exclusion period ends. This is an important protection measure.

Recognize signs of problems

Gaming should stay fun — that's what we want for you. If you notice any of the signs below, take a moment to pause and be honest with yourself.

  • Trying hard to recover losses after losing
  • Spending beyond allocated amounts on betting
  • Hiding gaming from family or friends
  • Continuing to play by skipping sleep or work
  • Seeing betting as a path to solve financial problems
  • Playing with money borrowed from friends or family
  • Unable to stop playing or feeling anxious
  • Increasing amount of play

If you recognize any of these signs, contact a111's support team or our FAQ section See it. Taking quick action is the smartest move.

5 easy tips for healthy gaming habits

Small habits make a big difference. Following these tips will keep your gaming experience positive.

  1. Set your budget first: Decide in advance how much money you will spend each session. If you lose that amount, firmly decide not to play any further.
  2. Play with time limits: Watch the clock. Set an alarm or timer before you start gaming. Take breaks when the set time is up.
  3. Do not play under the influence of alcohol or mental stress: A clear mind is essential for making good decisions. Avoid playing during difficult moments or when you're feeling overly emotional.
  4. Accept losses as normal: Winning and losing are both part of gaming. Don’t desperately try to recover losses; calmly stop.
  5. Take regular breaks: If not playing continuously for a long time, get up and walk at least once every hour and drink water.
